USA Archery Arizona (USAA) State Indoor JOAD Championships Format:

Divisions and Format:

Youth Divisions
- U21 (Junior) - through the calendar year of their 20th birthday
- U18 (Cadet) - through the calendar year of their 17th birthday
- U15 (Cub) - through the calendar year of their 14th birthday
- U13 (Bowman) - through the calendar year of their 12th birthday

Recurve Bow and Barebow - SATURDAY, 02/25/2023
- Single 600 Round
  - 30 Arrows x 2 Rounds = 60 Arrows
  - Total available score = 600
- Target Size & Rules - Set by USA Archery Event Guide
  - Must use same target choice for entire tournament (i.e.~ can not switch from single spot to vertical)
  - U13 (Bowman) - 60cm Target Face Recurve
  - U15 (Cub) - 60cm Target Face Recurve
  - U18 (Cadet) - 40cm Target Face
    - Vertical or Single Spot
  - U21 (Junior) - 40cm Target Face
    - Vertical or Single Spot
- Scoring
  - Outer 10 Ring Scoring
Compound Bow and Genesis - SUNDAY, 02/26/2023
- Single 600 Round
  - 30 Arrows x 2 Rounds = 60 Arrows
  - Total available score = 600
- Target Size & Rules
  - Must use same target choice for entire tournament (i.e.~ can not switch from single spot to vertical)
  - U13 (Bowman), U15 (Cub), U18 (Cadet), and U21 (Junior) all shoot 40cm target face.

  - Inner 10 Ring Scoring
60lb max draw weight limit as verified by tournament judges at check-in using tournament scales.

Membership

USAA/NAA membership listing Arizona residence is required to compete for the State Championship recognition. If your USAA membership expires prior to the official start date of the tournament, a copy of your USAA membership renewal and payment must accompany your tournament Registration Form. Your application will not be considered complete until your current membership is on file with the USAA. All archers must show USAA membership card at the tournament registration table.

Registration Fees:

Payment is made at time of registration via Paypal. All Registrations must be paid via Paypal. No registration is complete until payment is made.
Space is limited – priority will be given to Arizona USAA Members.
- Corner Archery will do their best to accommodate requested shooting times. Shooting times desired may not be available as registration closure gets near.
JOAD registration fee: $50.00
Online payment is due at time of registration. A submission acknowledgement popup will appear after you submit your entry at the bottom of the registration page. The popup contains a link that will direct you to PayPal to pay your registration fee. Entry fee is $50.00 for USA Archery members. There is no late registration entry fee however we encourage you to enter early as space is limited to 48 archers per session. Registration will close at midnight on February 22, 2023, as to allow our staff to organize lane assignments. There will be NO On-site registration for this event. In the event that all shooting sessions are full please contact us as we might be able to accommodate you.

Cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $5.00 if processed prior to February 23, 2023.

There are NO REFUNDS after registration closes on February 23, 2023.

No food vendor on site. Possible snacks available for purchase. Water will be available free to archers.

Competitors will compete in One (1) of the below sessions. You must select shooting times when you register. USAA-AZ members will receive session preference.
Awards will be presented at the end of each day following the completion of shooting, score entries and verification.
