REGISTRATION FEES:

Flight Registration fee: $50.00 with a 50% payback.
Pro Open Registration fee: $75.00 with a 90% payback.

The Rules – READ CAREFULLY

Shoot what you bring (compound, recurve, barebow, NO CROSSBOWS, NO RIFLES, NO HANDGUNS, NO FIREARMS!)
60lb Draw Weight Limit - Bow greater than 60lbs in draw weight can damage the target bales.
All archers will shoot a 5-spot or single spot NFAA style target (blue / white) on Saturday.
- Scoring is as follows: X counts as a 6, then the rest of the target is scored as 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
All archers will shoot a 3-spot or single spot VEGAS/NFAA style target (multi-colored) on Sunday.
- Scoring is as follows: X counts as an 11, then the rest of the target is scored as 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
Archers will switch shooting positions at the half. Top moves to bottom and bottom moves to top.

The LEGAL Stuff -Don't do anything stupid and YES, you can wear jeans, or camo, or whatever. Just make it appropriate.

VERY IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER (AGAIN... VERY IMPORTANT) - Youth archers competing for prize money may affect their amateur status as a student athlete. It is important to understand the rules associated with prize money and information can be found at NCAA.org.

Youth archers my choose to receive a gift certificate to Corner Archery in stead of cash in order to not affect their amateur status.

Divisions - There are five designated divisions for this event and all divisions with the exception of the Pro Open division are also separated by male and female. In the event that there is not more than five (5) male or five (5) female in a given division that division will be combined and there will be no gender separation. Those registered in the Pro Open division may NOT shoot in the Flight division as well.

Pro Open - Pro Open has their own dedicated shooting lanes, seating and equipment area, and beverages will be provided.

Division Shoot Time

Flights will shoot at either AM or PM shooting session.
Pro Open can shoot AM or PM but only 8 slots are reserved for each shooting time for a total of 16 archers in the Pro Open at this time.
AM Session starts at 745am and PM Session starts at 1245pm.

Format - The shoot is a two (2) day shoot consisting of two (2) different targets at the same distance of 18m each day.

ALL TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE EXCEPT THE AM START TIMES

DAY 1 – Saturday, December 8th

Day #1 - Two (2) 30 arrow scoring rounds using a blue/white NFAA style target for a total of 360 points.
THIS IS A 5 SPOT TARGET. BRING ENOUGH ARROWS TO SHOOT A 5 SPOT TARGET.
Scores from Day #1 (360 Total Points Available) will be added to scores on Day 2.

9:15 AM - 15 Minute Break

Day #2 - Sunday, December 9th

Day #2 - Two 30 arrow scoring rounds using a multiple colored VEGAS/NFAA style target for a total of 660 points
THIS IS A 3 SPOT VEGAS TARGET.
Scores from Day #2 (660 Total Points Available) will be added to scores from day 1.

Payouts will be determined after total scores are combined and field is flighted.

How the Payout works – EXAMPLE ONLY – WILL CHANGE DEPENDING ON HOW MANY ARCHERS REGISTER…. AGAIN.. EXAMPLE ONLY. Payouts will be in $CASH$ and will be paid during awards approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour after the final round on Sunday.

Flights - 50% Payback

Flights will be divided into groups of 10 archers. In the event that there is not an even 10 or 20 or 30 archers the flights we be divided equally HOWEVER IT WILL NOT DIVIDE UNTIL IT REACHES 10 ARCHERS. For example if there are 18 Compound Open MEN then we would have 2 flights of 8 archers paying 3 places per flight. Payouts are to be determined by how many people register for each division. Total payout and payout scale will be posted Wednesday prior to the shoot. Payouts are one place per 3 archers in a flight.
Example #1 with 20 registered archers:
- Flight #1
  - 1 - 10 Archers
- Flight #2
  - 11 - 20 Archers
Example #2 with greater than 10 archers but a division would leave less than 10 per flight:
- Flight #1
  - 1-9 Archers
- Flight #2
  - 10-18 Archers

Pro Open - 90% Payback

Pays one (1) place for every three (3) shooters, up to six (6) places
Example - Pays three (3) places at 50%/30%/20%
Example - Pays four (4) places at 45%/25%/15%/10%
Example - 10 Archers
- $75.00 Entry * 90% = $67.50 per Archer
- $67.50 * 10 Archers = $675.00
- 1st Place = $337.50
- 2nd Place = $202.50
- 3rd Place = $135.00
